Eddy Lee
Eddy Lee is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record in the food, beverage, and tech industries. Growing up in a family of Chinese restaurateurs, he developed a deep passion for hospitality, leading him to establish successful ventures in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) and nightlife sectors, including Huxtaburger, i Darts Karaoke & Bar, and Burgers Anonymous.
As CEO of Naked Foods, he demonstrated his ability to innovate in FMCG, driving growth in the wholefoods market. Eddy later took on the role of General Manager at Azabu Group, overseeing multiple fine and casual dining Japanese restaurants, such as Charlotte Bar & Bistro, Hanasuki, Kame House, and Chefs Table. He also played a key role in the strategic placement of restaurant assets, strengthening the family office’s property portfolio by over 35%.
Beyond hospitality, FMCG, and property, he co-founded a tech company in the gaming and e-sports sector, leading it to a successful exit and attracting investment from the Wu family, as featured in the Australian Financial Review (AFR).
